Maintain your Program Plan (sign in with your Net ID) online throughout your program and submit it to the LDL Program Advisor.

Do not submit the Word version to your advisor. These are just a resource if want to map things out on paper before inputting them into the online form and/or if you don’t have access to the online form yet.
